Especially created since the birth of the daughter Carlotta, Carlotta 1986 has become the highest expression of Giorgio and Giovanna’s philosophy and love for the research of the maximum quality in their products. The reserve Carlotta 1986 extraold DOP combines elegance, finesse and natural purity with a strong personality.

The long aging in only fine oak, cherry, ask and chestnut woods barrels makes this product unique and authentic and allow you to serve it with Prosciutto di Parma or Culatello and figs. Asparagus and potatoes and fried dishes in general.
Carlotta’s favourite is on peach salad, filet mignon and vanilla ice-cream.

This very fine selection is a real pleasure for the palate during moments of meditation.
